Job Description:

This is a key role which supports all employees throughout the business including our CEO.  You will be expected to manage our meeting rooms and our reception area including our visitors.  From sharing visitor information to colleagues prior to arrival to checking them out as they leave.  You will also be responsible to research suppliers and cost save on purchases such as, booking of travel arrangements for all staff and company purchases, such as stationery and furniture.  There will also be some health and safety tasks, such as completing new employee walk round inductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the reception area day to day
  • Receiving, distributing, franking of post/parcels
  • Managing all meeting rooms, set-up/set-down, organising drinks/lunches if required
  • Managing visitors, communication, warm welcome, providing refreshments, badge, sign in/sign out
  • Managing company office purchases, stationary, furniture, gifts etc
  • Managing/booking of travel for all employees
  • Managing our staff café team
  • Logging of training courses for particular site/sector
  • Organising company events
  • Completing new staff H&S inductions
  • Completing supplier invoice approval checks within Sage
  • Supporting management team.
  • Department support which includes some finance tasks
