Permanent

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 per annum

Resourcer

Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm

Due to rapid growth Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are now seeking to employ an outgoing, experienced Resourcer to assist with the increasing number of requirements our clients have on a daily basis.

Offering tailored Recruitment Solutions, we cover from Land’s End to John O’Groats delivering the highest standard of service to both our clients and candidates across all sectors.

You will have excellent Customer Service skills and be able to work from your own initiative in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a very generous commission structure with a fun working environment and endless opportunities to progress.  

Main Responsibilities

  • Conducting telephone screening interviews with potential candidates, asking probing questions to establish suitability for the roles
  • Formatting CV’s and sending interview confirmation emails
  • Creating detailed job advertisements and maintaining the status of live job adverts
  • Managing job applications and the central inbox, responding to queries via email and social media in a timely manner
  • Generating leads
  • Collating candidate feedback and completing after care checks   

Experience and Skills required

  • Previous experience working in a Recruitment focused role is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a strong telephone manner
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
  • A positive team player with a proactive approach to the role
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
