My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Secretary to join a well-established team.
They are looking for someone to work alongside 4 other staff members and a Financial Adviser. Candidates should preferably have experience of working in the financial sector, however full training will be given for the right candidate. They must possess excellent organisational skills and be able to work in a high-pressured environment.
- Diary co-ordinating - book client/prospect meetings
- Database Management and client mailings
- Accurate Audio Typing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Answering queries by telephone in a confident manner
- Preparing files for meetings
- Greeting clients for meetings as and when required
- Some Event Management
- Filing & General Office Admin
Pension Scheme with the Employer contributing up to 5% if employee matches and a Bonus paid in June and December which is subject to personal performance and the performance of the practice.
Must have own transport due to location.
