As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients a post has become available for a Senior Recruitment Consultant

The primary objective of this role is to maximise the revenue opportunities within the branch through a consultative approach with the team in order to attract and retain business. Coaching and mentoring the branch team to lead them to the achievement of the individual and the team monthly KPI’s whilst upholding the company’s compliance standards and legislative requirements. Building strong relationships with the clients and candidates whilst always demonstrating the company values.

  • Recording and analysing recruitment activity and data
  • Coaching & Mentoring junior staff


Min 3 years previous experience in the recruitment industry


  • Approachable with good customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to build good rapport with clients, candidates, and the team
  • Good IT skill
  • Ability to work to deadlines whilst under pressure
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and prepare effectively
  • Teamwork
  • Mentor and coach a junior team to inspire them to succeed
  • Rational decision maker with the ability to problem solve independently
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to meet set KPI’s
  • Able to follow set processes confidently
  • Excellent administration skills
