Location: Morley, Leeds.
Salary: around £25,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours 8.30am – 5.30pm)
Main Responsibilities of the Service Co-ordinator/Planner
- Liaise with engineers to plan their daily activity
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that Customers requirements are thoroughly met.
- Order equipment for the jobs that the engineers are required to complete.
- Have a clear and confident telephone manner
- Demonstrate high levels of customer service to Customers to ensure they have the best company experience
Experience and Skills required of the Service Co-ordinator/Planner
- Previous experience in an office or customer service environment
- Be able to use initiative to assign engineers to jobs in their most local postcode
- Demonstrate a firm characteristic when planning in routes
- Be proactive and have an approachable characteristic within the office
- Be IT efficient
