Since launching as part of the gap personnel group in early 2016 gap professional has gone from strength to strength, building a network of Specialist Consultants across the country, who utilise their knowledge & proven skill sets to develop relationships and service permanent and interim recruitment needs nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter who has developed a core specialism and is now seeking to maximise this experience in an agile and dynamic environment, with the level of accountability that brings significant opportunities for progression.

Ideally applicants will have proven, progressive experience in one of these sectors OR will have the knowledge, ambition, and commercial acumen to develop an alternative specialism from scratch.

- Standard working hours are 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday, however we are an inclusive employer and offer flexibility, including reduced hours and/or the opportunity to work from home for part of the week.
- Remuneration includes basic salary of £24,000 - £30,000, plus monthly high-performance commission scheme and additional biannual bonuses based on stretch targets
