Role : Production Technician
Location: Gloucester. GL2
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30-17.00 (flex required to start at 0830)
Salary: Up to £30k, DOE
Hawk3 Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Technician to join our client due to a period of growth and new contract wins. This is an exciting time to join the business and will offer career progression for the right candidate.
In this role you will be responsible for creating production batches in adherence to detailed formulation guidelines while upholding our commitment to high-quality standards. This hands-on role requires precision and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately select raw materials from the warehouse for production batches.
- Prepare and produce bulk batches in accordance with formulation guidelines, ensuring consistent quality.
- Utilise various mixing vessels to enhance production efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse batch production, meticulously recording results.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimise production processes.
- Operate machinery with safety and efficiency as a priority.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Additional Qualifications:
- You need to be comfortable with manual lifting due to raw ingredients
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A committed team player, dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in an industry such as pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry would be beneficial due to the highly regulated environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, capable of following strict guidelines.
