Hawk3 Talent Solutions is partnering with a respected client in the legal sector to find a Family Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE. About the Role

• In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, providing expert legal advice to clients, predominantly on a private basis, with some Legal Aid work.
• You'll handle a variety of Family Law matters, including Divorce, Private Law Children Act cases, Financial Remedy, Injunctions, and Cohabitation Disputes.
• While Public Child Care Law isn’t a focus, your ability to manage your own cases and confidently undertake advocacy in Court (including initial hearings and directions appointments) will be key.
• You’ll be working alongside a supportive Family Partner, who will be available for collaboration and case input when needed.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• 3-5 years PQE in Family Law (Public Child Care Law is not required).
• Strong advocacy skills and the ability to confidently represent clients in Court.
• A self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives in an independent working environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, client-focused approach.
