Hawk 3 Talent are recruiting for a well-respected, medium sized regional firm near Basingstoke to secure a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Residential Conveyancing Associate / Senior Associate or Chartered Legal Executive to join them.
This is an important role for the firm, and it comes with prospects for Partnership in the short-term depending on the selected individual. This position is to continue to build upon the growth of the firm and the steadily increasing client base from the Property department.
This firm has a 95% approval rate from its clients and highly approved by its employees online. This is a happy, modern working environment.
The Role
We are looking for Senior Conveyancing Solicitors with progression to Partnership to join this great firm!
The position comes with an existing caseload of work split across all aspects of Residential Property including re-mortgaging, buy-to-let advice, transfers of equity, shared ownership and high value property for purchase and sale. Candidates with experience in other sectors such as New Build, Plot Purchases and other niche areas of Conveyancing are also encouraged to apply.
This role comes with the assistance of an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary and the support of a well-known Commercial Property Partner in the office.
This role would be suitable for a candidate currently working in a firm in the Hampshire or Berkshire area in a Residential Property department.
