Location: Bridgwater, TA6

Assignment: Permanent Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:300 - 17:00

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 per annum

The successful candidate will effectively manage customer requirements whilst ensuring the companies objectives are fulfilled. You will be supporting the Sales, Engineering, Finance and Procurement teams to achieve the optimum performance for the company.

Duties as a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Manage key accounts to ensure success, develop and sustain good relationships with a view to increasing sales revenue
  • Process Sales Orders accurately by telephone, customer portals and emails
  • Answering and processing high volume of telephone calls and emails
  • Creating and managing PPM and reactive jobs on the system and contacting customers regarding bookings and purchase orders
  • Data handling, entry and export through the companies service management system
  • Liaising with operations and sales for handling enquiries
  • Entering all enquiries accurately with full customer requirements and details, passing information to relevant next step and appropriate contact
  • Contacting new and existing customers in order to follow up recommendations, introductions and follow up to leads
  • Weekly scheduling of Engineer work for a region using logic and mapping tools
  • Managing internal processes and customer forecasts as required
  • Accurately maintain specification documents as required
  • Dealing with and where possible to resolve customer service issues or escalating to appropriate contact

About you:

  • GCSE Level C or above in Maths and English
  • Competent with the use of Microsoft Office Systems - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Customer Service is desired but not essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience dealing directly with customers
  • Experience with outbound calling activities

Responsibilities of the office Manager:
