PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / BRISTOL - PERMANENT ROLE

Location: Bristol, BS11

Assignment: Permanent contract

Hours: Monday to Friday 13:45pm - 22:00pm

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum 15% shift allowance (an extra £3,300 - £3,750 on top of your basic salary)

Duties as a Production Supervisor:

  • Supervising a group of 15-20 production operatives
  • Ensuring quality procedures / standards are adhered to
  • Planning workload through the production area
  • Making sure good health and safety is being practiced in line with company rules
  • Meeting targets
  • Training operators as required
  • Security of the building and locking up at the end of the shift

About you:

  • Production experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Previous experience at a similar level is advantageous
  • Previous experience within the automotive industry is advantageous
  • Engineering qualifications is advantageous

Main Duties and Responsibilities QA Coordinator 

To be the first point of contact for the shift regards food safety, quality and integrity standards, coaching the Shift Teams to make the right decisions and solutions

  • Conducting audits on paperwork, GMP audits, Glass and Hard Plastic, traceability and internal audits
  • Conducting swabbing and sampling of finished product, raw materials and environment

The Role
