The Role

This impressive High Street model are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer with around 2 PQE to join them.

Responsibilities of the role include.

  • General Conveyancing work including; Leasehold homes, New build property, Shared ownership & Help-to-Buy, Property at auction properties, Buy-to-let investments
  • Assisting the Exchange and Completions team with queries
  • Ensuring compliance with firms procedures and policies
  • Maintaining risk assessments

The ideal candidate will be a 2 PQE Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Executive. They will also have excellent communication skills and possess a fine attention to detail.

The Role

  • To undertake the maintenance and repair of the Gas Plant, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required under contract
  • To ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are completed to the required legislative standards
