The Company

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a client who has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced, highly motivated, and dynamic Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join their team based in Normanton.

Main Responsibilities of the Customer Care Co-ordinator

  • The ideal candidate will be supporting the Sales team as well as customers if they have any sales related questions
  • You will be answering calls and emails assisting with customer enquiries
  • You will be resolving any customer complaints
  • The Customer Care Co-Ordinator will be always maintaining customer satisfaction
  • You will be responsible for making sure that the Sales team are on working to achieve monthly goals
  • As the Customer Care Co-Ordinator, you will be completing and processing orders - if there are any issues, you will need to inform senior staff members
  • Arranging travel for staff members
  • Ensuring that all data is up to date in case senior management request this
  • Liaising with different departments to track documentation

Experience and Skills required

  • The Customer Care Co-Ordinator must have Sales Admin experience
  • You must have strong Administration skills
  • You will to be highly organised and meticulous
  • As the Customer Care Co-Ordinator, you will need to be able to multi task

Job Title - Regional Account Manager

A new role has been created for a regional account manager to cover the North of England up to Scotland. The role is working on a field basis with remote working offered on the days you aren’t visiting clients sites. Due to this being a field-based role base location is negotiable however being nearby the M62 is desirable.

With a reporting line to the UK Sales Manager, the successful post holders will be an integral part of the sales team and contribute to the planning and delivery of a national sales strategy and be responsible for the development and implementation of business specific sales goals.

For this role our client is looking for someone with proven experience within a scientific/medical sales environment. Preferably you will have experience selling into the clinical market (NHS) however no microbiology background is required. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to start a career within diagnostic sales within an established business, with a supportive management line & established client base.

This role offers a competitive basic salary depending on experience, company car and commission structure.

For over 70 years our client’s clinical products have been at the forefront of laboratory science. With a broad spectrum of carefully engineered pre-analytical products that are operable across conventional and molecular testing platforms, the products are the de facto standard aiding the diagnosis of infectious disease.

KEY Roles & Responsibilities.

  • To grow Sales within the North of England and Scotland with established accounts and new business
  • To Identify and report on business-to-business opportunities in target markets
  • To maximise business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and driving sector growth
  • To meet and exceed revenue expectations
  • Support sales process by anticipating and resolving issues expediently
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry issues and competitive landscape
  • Represent customer interests in driving business strategy and management decisions
  • Work cooperatively with executive management, colleagues to foster a positive company culture
  • Maintain accurate sales records through Sage CRM
  • Liaise fully with the marketing team to design and execute short- and long-term marketing campaigns for the business-to-business revenue stream
  • To represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and events as appropriate
  • Manage and report on the sales budget

 

Skills and Experience

  • Be self-motivated and have a commitment to over-achievement
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in scientific based sales, preferably within the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to use effectively for reporting and opportunity management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Be comfortable working within a field based role, expectations of 3-4 days on the road per week.
