Our client based in Gloucester is looking for an exceptional Finance Administrator to join our team .The ideal person should have experience supporting payroll, finance and credit control activities within the company .
Job Purpose
Support new and existing projects with Data Analysis and cleansing of ERP system
Support the internal audit and control's function
Support the Perpetual Inventory Cycle counting process and report monthly to GFC/MA
Support the Reconciliation of monthly credit card statements and processing of employee expense claims through SAP Concur
Input and processing of Daily/Monthly standard journals
Provide general support to Finance function
Supporting the credit control process and cash allocation;
Ensure supplier invoice processing and payments happen in a timely manner so as not to impact site operations;
Ensure that internal controls are complete, robust and effective in order to safeguard company assets.
Support the finance function during times of team members' absence (eg annual leave).
To be a willing and flexible team member ready to take on new and expanding tasks as appropriate.
Proactive Credit control to ensure customer payments are received on time
Liaise with the Customer Service and Quality department to resolve any invoicing issues
Daily review of company bank statements, ensure all transactions are posted within ERP system
Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Good understanding of accounting systems and practices
Proven ability to produce good quality work under pressure and to tight deadlines
