Profile
To effectively manage estimating projects and analyse data to produce accurate quotations for our customers, these include Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Architects. To maintain a high level of customer service through timely and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
Produce quotations for projects using the EPICOR system and issue back to the Commercial Office Supervisor within dedicated timescales.
Communicate regularly with external customers to ensure comprehensive and compliant quotation.
Communicate with internal departments to ensure accuracy of information and timings within the quotation.
Review enquiries to ensure we can supply a compliant quotation within our product range.
Ensure quotations are 100% accurate including relevant margins.
Regular customer contact regarding key quotations
Quote amendments pre and post-sale.
Raise DFA's when required ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure certification requirements are adhered to within the quotation.
Answer general technical enquiries ie. specification, certification, building regulations, referring to technical team when required.
Follow all standard operating procedures and processes.
Ensure KPI's are fulfilled.
Competencies:
Ability to understand standards and the routes to compliance advantageous.
Construction product/systems estimating experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional telephone manner.
Organised.
Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook etc).
Experience in using CRM system.
Accuracy in attention to detail.
Ability to read construction drawings & schedules.
Ability to work alone and communicate confidently as a team member.

Role Purpose
The Laboratory Technician role is a generalist Laboratory role, conducting day to day testing and monitoring of the chemical production environment as per the testing schedules. Working with the team, the Laboratory Technician will perform the day to day testing and monitoring of samples; escalating issues and concerns as per the escalation process.
Following the agreed testing guidelines as set out within departmental policy, procedures and operational practices, the laboratory technician is responsible to monitor and communicate results from testing in order that technical issues can be prevented and that the environment can be closely monitored to address issues in a timely manner.
This role is vital to support production quality and plating performance for the volume of work as per requirements.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Communicate test fails and escalate issues as per the escalation process.
Make additions to process solutions in a safe manner as per H&S instructions and procedures
Work proactively to support production and inspection making recommendations and suggestions to address test fails in order to close technical issues in a timely manner.
Supporting quality and production during internal and external audits.
To ensure 5S principles are followed; maintaining an environment that supports efficient working and a methodical approach.
To look after laboratory equipment maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing sterility.
To order and maintain stock and resources.
To perform other duties as may be assigned by the line manager or as per the requirements of the business.

· Accurate raising of sales orders in line with customer requirements i.e. phasing
· Accurate monitoring of the contract review, contract review amendment and delivery improvement request processes ensuring they are actioned and returned from Design, Purchasing & Scheduling within 72hours (unless large project) ready for customer acknowledgement.
· Issuing customer delivery acknowledgements
· Issuing transport booking requests to the Logistics Administrator in line with customer delivery expectations and vehicle/offload restrictions.
· Assisting Accounts with internal enquiries, dispute investigating & credit reporting.
· Raising and assisting with the investigation of customer complaints and resolving in a timely manner.
· Maintaining the sales order backlog ensuring all orders are shipped and invoiced and closed from previous week.
· Record and maintain data accurately to assist department reporting i.e. Orders raised, 'free of charge' orders, credits to be raised, CRM.
· End of month, ensuring all orders are shipped, invoiced, and closed on the last working day of each month.
· Work within the guidelines laid out in current Eurobond procedures/working practices i.e. credit control.
