Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with one it's longest standing clients to find a Legal Secretary, ideally a Private Client Legal Secretary with a knowledge of Wills, Trusts, IHT, Tax and Estate Administration to join their thriving department.

The firm itself is a friendly, high street firm with knowledge in Private Client, Conveyancing, Litigation and Real Estate. The Private Client department is one of their most successful and is led by a Partner with 22 years of experience who focuses on HNW and complex Private Client work.

Due to their traditional nature and local client base, the firm has a mixture of modern systems and paper based legal documentation, meaning Legal Secretaries are valued highly for their support and work. This level of value is felt throughout the firm and they have a close-knit team, as well as a friendly and approachable ethos.

The Role

This High Street Firm in Cirencester are searching for a Private Client Legal Secretary to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing full support to the two Private Client Fee Earners, as well as delivering excellent service to clients and customers.

You will be responsible for;

  • Typing/document processing large and small documents
  • Diary Management
  • Task Management
  • General administrative support
  • Client communication
  • Assisting with general compliance and other reasonable duties passed on by the Partner.
