Main Responsibilities of the SEO Account Manager

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
• Be familiar and use a wide range of SEO tools including Screaming Frog, SERanking, Semrush & many more
• Monitor and build domain authority link building strategies, website optimisation, content marketing & CRO
• Completing detailed keyword research in a time efficient manner
• Working with website CMS’s which can include Wordpress, Shopify and more
• Collaborating with the PPC department on mutual clients and internal teams
• Building great relationships with clients
• Reporting results to clients & Repeat management
• Balancing & prioritising a client pool whilst keeping mindful of reasonable time spend on each client
• Engaging with internal solutions & processes, such as our CRM & Clockify
• Keeping up to date with the latest SEO news and features
• Support with Repeat’s marketing activities
• Assisting the sales team with proposals & audits.

Experience and Skills required

• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites, preferably in an agency setting
• Experience independently creating and implementing SEO strategies for multiple websites, from start to ongoing management
• Delivered substantial improvements to traffic and rankings on websites you have completed SEO work on, within a reasonable time frame.
• Detailed technical knowledge of key SEO tools such as Semrush/Ahrefs & Screaming Frog
• Experience writing high quality blog/webpage content that is SEO Optimised, for a variety of websites
• Detailed knowledge of Wordpress CMS, specifically the ability to complete
• key SEO improvements, such as changing and adding metas, headings, content, or add code to a site
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience of Google Analytics
• On-page and off-page optimisation, including link building
• Completed technical audits in a time efficient manner
• Digital PR knowledge is valuable
• Created SEO proposals and contributed to SEO sales pitches
• Created quality SEO reports for sending to clients
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager:

• You will be responsible for day-to-day Marketing operations.

• Content Marketing – comfortable with creative design, copywriting, and creating marketing assets.

• Content Creation – presentation writing for vendor / supplier pitches
• Email Marketing – knowledge of CRM is required, SalesForce Pardot is desirable
• Content Management – CMS experience, Umbraco is desirable
• Digital Marketing / Performance Management – experience of managing an agency to generate traffic
• PR, Comms, Awards & Event Management – this would be a bonus as we intend to utilise agency support more on this

SEO Manager

Main Responsibilities of the SEO Manager  

• Be able to audit client websites, summarise findings, make recommendations for optimisation work and create SEO strategies
• Create monthly SEO reports including on page optimisation suggestions, technical improvements, local SEO suggestions and ranking analysis
• Carry out keyword research and topic recommendations for client content
• Deliver backlink audits and backlink recommendations
• Create effective, engaging copy in line with client strategy
• Write to a consistent tone of voice appropriate for the clients audience, and understand how to use TOV guidelines
• Work closely with our design team and Creative Director to ensure copy and visuals work together

The Role

Working in the Ecommerce team in the role of Digital Marketing Manager.

This exciting hands-on role will help to deliver ambitious growth plans for the business with the key focus on customer recruitment and retention in the digital marketing space.  

Leading a team of digital marketing professionals, this role will have accountability for the digital channels. Responsible for the delivery of performance against those channels and seeking out new areas of opportunity for our brand to drive growth.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing and an omnichannel approach, excellent measurement and reporting skills and a sound technical knowledge.

Duties

• Drive strategic growth and retention across core digital marketing channels including Paid Media, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Email and Affiliates
• Develop the digital channels to deliver an effective full funnel approach
• Have a solid understanding of key channel KPI’s and be able to us these to benchmark progress, making recommendation for constant improvement across sales channels.
• Develop exciting and robust campaign activation plans

• Grow the brand’s digital footprint in the Social Ad space
• Working with the creative and brand teams to ensure a strong delivery of the brand across all digital channel touch points

• Experience of digital platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Magento, Bloomreach or similar.
• IDM/CIM qualification preferable

• Ability to adapt to new technology and work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to fully utilise the relevant IT support systems, and to be conversant with standard business desktop applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior managers.
