Overview:
On behalf of our client, we are on the look out for a Case Management Developer. This person will be reporting to the IT Manager and assist with the maintenance and development of the system. Working also to resolve end-user queries with the software, this person will require strong communication skills and a natural problem solver.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Case Management Developer:

  • Maintain and improve the company’s existing SOS scripts and performance.
  • Spot fault issues in scripting in response to raised user queries.
  • Keep on top of system enhancements requested by the company, with designing and defining solutions.
  • Develop solutions using SOS Legal bespoke integrated development environment (or external tools where required).
  • Develop and maintain document precedent templates based on user requirements.
  • Arrange for solutions to be tested.
  • Carry out general case management admin, such as setting up new users, changing software permissions, or adding new branches.
  • Assist end users with any queries. 
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant company and industry standards.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Accomplished experience in MS Office applications, email, and Internet resources.
  • Intact knowledge of case management software, to include the creation of workflows and bespoke templates.
  • Ability to diagnose problems with a timely manner resolution.
  • Team player with a structured reliable approach to both resolving issues and developing solutions, independently and part of a team.
  • Drive to work and use your own initiative.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills - a logical thinker with the ability to communicate technical issues simply and effectively.
  • Confident communicator across written and verbal.
  • Outstanding customer and client service.
  • Excellent administrative, planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in .NET and Visual Files and software development.

Overview:

On behalf of our client, we are on the lookout for a Junior Software Developer. This person will be reporting to the Finance and Operations Director and assist with the maintenance and development of the system.
