Duties as a Weekend Food Production Supervisor:

• Handling ingredients including raw and cooked meats

WOODWORKING MACHINE ENGINEER / EXETER - PERMANENT ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Woodworking Machine Engineer for our well-known manufacturing client based in Marsh Baron, Exeter, retailer of bespoke kitchens and bathrooms.

As a Woodworking Machine Engineer you will be responsible for the fluid running of the machinery in the factory, working with the servicing and maintenance schedules of each machine to work on prevention of broken-down machinery.

You will be required to be on call when not in the factory, with the exception of annual leave.

Duties as a Woodworking Machine Engineer:

• Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules
• Create and maintain incident and service logs for each machine
• Create and maintain a machine register with schedules and manufacturer / supplier details within
• Assist in quality control of product tolerances from automation and processing
• Responsible for all internal extraction maintenance / repair and re-design on new machine installation / re-allocation
• Forklift maintenance (overseeing where possible)
• Long term management of tooling on the machines and keeping an itinerary of each machine and the tooling parts ready for when replacement is needed
• Working with the HR Assistant to ensure briefings and updates on machine training is rolled out sufficiently to the intended recipients
• Liaising with OEM contracts to ensure instructed repairs are to standard
• Apprentice recruitment and training

About you:

• Electrical machine system experience (18 th wiring addition is desirable)
• Pnematic machine system experience
• Organised and logical in thought
• Hydraulic system experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Biesse & Homag machines would be advantageous
• Good basic knowledge of mathematical models to aid in controlling tolerance

SERVICE ENGINEER / BRISTOL - PERMANENT ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing all project scope and technical documentation
