Experience/Qualifications :

      Minimum of five years' experience within the field of maintenance of buildings and general-purpose infrastructure and technical installations
    • Minimum of five years of relevant managerial experience in an equivalent role

Proven experience in starting-up and successfully running performance based multi- services contracts worth more than 2 million GBP per year with a team of more than 20 people (on a full-time basis)

NEBOSH/IOSH advantageous

You will be site based, working with our Clients located in around the Oxford area and responsible for running high profile ad demanding Contracts both strategically and operationally for all services relating to FM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing the allocation of work, attendance and performance management of Contracted Services for both, Hard and Soft services

Reviewing the contract financials to ensure budget accuracy for all services supplied

Actively update the CAFM systemand routinely interrogate ensuring that contract compliance is being maintained through adherence to KPI'S, and ensuring that maximum utility of the system is being gained by the Contractual support team

Carry out the staff reviews and appraisals in line with HR processes and Identifying any training needs and personal development opportunities

Create and implement customer engagement strategies to ensure effective management of Client relationships

Creation of comprehensive Management Information and Executive reporting

COMPETENCIES

Excellent leadership, people management, communication, problem solving, planning and controlling skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

In depth knowledge of the major norms and regulatory framework applicable to major technical systems and equipment

To ensure all contracts comply with current legislation, and both EU and UK government requirements

A determined person with high standards and a passion to deliver

Excellent written and verbal command of the English language

A successful track record in P&L reporting

Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our well established national Facilities Management Client, based from London but to travel to sites throughut the UK. 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • To carry out suitable fire risk assessments in accordance with the relevant legislation on behalf of our clients on a wide variety of sites across the UK.
  • To work efficiently within agreed timescales, managing workload in conjunction with office based staff.
  • Deliver a good quality comprehensive fire risk assessment suitable for client needs.
  • Conducting site based inspections within a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial and residential within a specified timescale.
  • Using bespoke technology to collect data via a tablet pc or handheld device/PDA, or any new system that may be purchased or developed in the future.
  • Regular communication with Project Management team to co-ordinate assessment data through to report completion.
  • The role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK staying away from home as and when required.

Requirements: 

  • You will need to have as a minimum a NEBOSH Fire Certificate (full) or other recognised fire qualification.
  • It will be necessary to provide evidence in respect to experience, knowledge and qualifications in undertaking fire risk assessments.
  • A qualification in Health and Safety would be an advantage.
  • You should have a proven track record in producing high quality detailed reports.
  • A full driving license is essential for this role.

Role Overview

In your new role as an Air Conditioning Engineer you will be efficiently operating and maintaining new and existing building AC/HVAC services, carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on HVAC appliances, carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding.   • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.
  • City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (7189) Level 2 or 3
  • City & Guilds Refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems (6090) Level 3 only.
  • F-Gas Category 1 (City & Guilds 2079, was 2078 Safe Handling of Refrigerants)
  • Time served in an Air Con specific service role (not installation), likely to be at least 5 years.
  • Experience with Packaged or Air handling equipment preferable, as well as split type systems.
  • Experience working on commercial equipment, not domestic Installers.
  • C&G 236 Part 1 & 2.
  • BS7671 Electrical Regulations.
  • C&G 2391 Electrical inspection and Testing (desired).
  • Ideally served a recognised trade training scheme.
  • Ability to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required within the scope of the contract.
