HAND ENCLOSING OPERATIVE / BRADLEY STOKE - PERMANENT VACANCY

Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol

Assignment: Permanent contract

Hours: 4on, 4off 07:00am - 19:00pm OR Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm

Salary: £19,500 - £26,000 dependent on experience and shift pattern

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for 10 Enclosing Operatives to join our well known client in Bradley Stoke on a permanent contract.

You will be reporting directly to the Hand Enclosing Manager, you will be enclosing documents (letters and inserts) to envelopes for clients as well as attaching labels and pre-packed boxes ready for dispatch.

Duties as a Hand Enclosing Operative:

  • Receive instructions from the Shift Coordinator / Team Leader to assist in the implementation of Enclosing plan
  • Escalates any issues to Shift Coordinator / Team Leader
  • Highlight any inefficiency within the Short Run area to the Head of Short Run and work together to resolve
  • Liaising with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Client Services and other departments where necessary
  • Ensuring the quality of output is to high standards, reporting any concerns or issues to Manager
  • Ensuring the area is clean and tidy at all times in line with supporting health and safety regulations

Role Purpose

Raw material buyers are responsible for sourcing the materials that go into the products our company produces. They will work with suppliers to determine which raw materials will be used in production, negotiate prices and terms of purchase, and ensure that all materials arrive on time and in good condition.

Raw material buyer will also play a role in quality control-they may be asked from time to time, to inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards before passing them along to production teams.

A new role has been created for a regional account manager to cover the North of England up to Scotland.
