Since launching as part of the gap personnel group in early 2016 Hawk 3 Talent Solutions has gone from strength to strength. Due to sustained growth and with some exciting changes afoot, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us to work within our Digital and Creative sector based from the North to manage a very warm desk. We have a brand new and modern office setting located in Morley, with free parking covering the North regions. Key information:

Standard working hours are 830AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday, however we are an inclusive employer and offer flexibility, including reduced hours and/or the opportunity to work from home for part of the week.

Remuneration includes basic salary of £22,000 - £35,000 (negotiable, depending on experience), plus a choice of industry leading bonus schemes, as well as additional quarterly financial incentives.

Benefits include 34 days annual leave (includes statutory and a day off for your birthday), contributory pension scheme, enhanced maternity pay, additional incentives and benefits.

Summary:

Working for our client in their Wolverhampton office, we are looking for a full time Childcare Paralegal. This could be those who have fee earning Paralegal experience or Legal Executive experience.

Duties :

      Proactively handle a wide range of queries by email and telephone

Liaise with clients, counsel and other professional in person, by telephone and by email

Drafting and proof-reading documentation

Preparing resumes for documents/evidence received on cases

Legal Aid application on CCMS (Training will be provided)

Typing Court Orders and sending to Court within timescales

Bundle preparation and updating including drafting preliminary documents

Application preparation (care proceeding and 16.4 proceedings)

Attendance at professional meetings including: sitting behind counsel at court, attending conference with counsel, attending child protection meetings, attending PLO meetings, attending LAC reviews and attending hearings as required as advocate

Understanding of using case management systems

Preparing Court documents including statements, positions statements and skeleton arguments

Preparing briefs in Counsel

Support other colleagues within the department, liaising with existing and new clients.

The ideal candidate:

      Must have at least 12 months experience within a Public Law Family Department and a strong working knowledge of Legal Aid.

The ability to join our fast paced and busy practice to assist the head of department with case load.

They will be able to work under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines and understand the importance of excellent administrative skills, planning and organisation.

Overall being passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrals. Continuously being pro-active and self-motivated.

A new role has been created for a regional account manager to cover the North of England up to Scotland. The role is working on a field basis with remote working offered on the days you aren’t visiting clients sites. Due to this being a field-based role base location is negotiable however being nearby the M62 is desirable.

With a reporting line to the UK Sales Manager, the successful post holders will be an integral part of the sales team and contribute to the planning and delivery of a national sales strategy and be responsible for the development and implementation of business specific sales goals.

For this role our client is looking for someone with proven experience within a scientific/medical sales environment. Preferably you will have experience selling into the clinical market (NHS) however no microbiology background is required. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to start a career within diagnostic sales within an established business, with a supportive management line & established client base.

This role offers a competitive basic salary depending on experience, company car and commission structure.

For over 70 years our client’s clinical products have been at the forefront of laboratory science. With a broad spectrum of carefully engineered pre-analytical products that are operable across conventional and molecular testing platforms, the products are the de facto standard aiding the diagnosis of infectious disease.

KEY Roles & Responsibilities.

  • To grow Sales within the North of England and Scotland with established accounts and new business
  • To Identify and report on business-to-business opportunities in target markets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to use effectively for reporting and opportunity management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Be comfortable working within a field based role, expectations of 3-4 days on the road per week.
