We are looking for experienced Paralegals to join our clients Trusts & Estates department, in order to provide full support to the Lawyers in the team. This role is suitable for those with prior exposure to Private Client work and Trusts & Estates, who are looking to take the next steps in their career and join a market-leading, and award-winning firm in Trusts & Estates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and supervising the execution of Wills
  • Dealing with estates, including applying for grants of probate
  • Liaising with clients via email, over the phone and face-to-face - answering generic queries when required
  • Registering and drafting of LPAs and EPAs
  • Administering liquidation of assets, preparing estate accounts and distribution of the estate

The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience in Trusts & Estates as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Legal PA or Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate will also be passionate about providing an outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders, have excellent communication skills and an understanding of discretion, and a strong attention to detail.

A new role has been created for a regional account manager to cover the North of England up to Scotland. The role is working on a field basis with remote working offered on the days you aren’t visiting clients sites.
