The Role

You will be providing support to the Finance department, dealing with general bookkeeping and accounting within the company.

Duties

• Keeping records of Payroll, bank transfers, NI contributions, VAT returns and invoices
• Allocating bank postings
• Preparing supplier payment runs
• Credit control
• Completion and submission of CIS returns
• General support where required within the Finance team

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• Attention to detail
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of the finance processes
• Great personality

Hawk 3 Talent solutions are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a company based near York in Dunnington.

The Role

You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and you will be responsible for the nominal ledger and preparing monthly account  and dealing with balance sheet reconciliations ensuring they are complete. There will also be an opportunity to get involved with wider business projects.

Duties

• VAT Returns
• Revenue calculations
• Responsible for monthly management accounts
• Identify cost saving opportunities
• Implementing and managing business controls to protect company assets as the grow

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA with a desire to complete the qualification
• Experience of producing Management Accounts
• Worked in a busy Finance Dept
• Be a team player
• Be organised with excellent communication skills

Accounts Payable Assistant

Main Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant  

• Processing of supplier invoices for the online parts of the business
• Completing regular supplier account reconciliations
• Processing payment runs for the online franchise
• Dealing with Ad Hoc supplier queries
• Raising all B2B invoices in a timely manner.
• Completing regular customer account reconciliations in an effective manner

Experience and Skills required of the Accounts Payable Assistant

• Studying or aspiring to study towards AAT qualification
• Minimum 2 years relevant finance experience
• Good IT skills inc Excel
• Be hands-on, proactive with a “positive can do attitude”
• Ability to work well alone as well as part of a team
• Experience on resource 32000 is extremely beneficial

Permanent: Mobile Patrol Operative - Leicester

Hours - 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7

Salary: C £20,500 Competitive commission

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for issuing Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that do not comply with on-site parking regulations. The role will involve working outdoors across various car parks in your designated area. Due to the nature of the role, there will be a large amount of face to face interaction with members of the public.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To provide exceptional customer service to their clients and the users of their car parks
• To consistently achieve against KPI's
• To work collaboratively with your team to ensure best practise is shared
• To efficiently plan routes with the use of navigation apps and knowledge of the region
• To patrol car parks in your designated area
• To issue Parking Charge Notices to offending vehicles as per site specifications
• To work with members of the public in a professional manner, even in confrontational situations
• To promptly report any health and safety issues that arise in line with company policy
• To maintain an up to date knowledge of industry standards and display these through your work

Person Specification:

• Ability to work independently and with a high degree of autonomy
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
• Ability to remain professional in difficult situations
• Positive attitude towards their work
