The Role

This modern, fully remote firm is looking for a Licensed Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor 3 PQE

As appointed Licensed Conveyancer you will deal with several clients regarding top class conveyancing service. Matters include.

  • Leasehold and freehold sale, purchase and remortgages transactions, administrative tasks and post completion matters.
  • Candidates with a range of experience in different conveyancing matters are encouraged to apply. Specialist areas such as Lender Finance, Bridging Finance and New Build is also encouraged.

The firm works with as large number of existing clients so there is not a major aspect of business development involved in this role. Despite the large amount of work coming through this is not a volume conveyancing option. This is a modern technology / law firm client with a rapidly growing team of Conveyancers joining.
