Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are now looking to recruit an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer for our client, a true market leading manufacturer and highly reputable company based in Westbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a high achieving and ambitious engineer to join a proactive team. The work will involve reacting to breakdowns across many different elements of machinery, as well as being involved in developing projects to help improve production and machinery location.

Hours
The hours are 37.5 hours a week, over a 3-rotating shift pattern that include mornings, evenings and nights.
Monday - Thursday - 8 hours Fridays - 5.5 hours:
Morning - 6am - 2pm Mornings - 6am - 11:30am
Evenings - 2pm -10pm Evenings - 11:30 - 5PM
Nights - 10pm-6am Nights - 5pm - 10:30pm
Rough Salary indication:
Hourly - £19.592
Weekly - £734.70
Annually - £38,204.40
Benefits:
25 Days Holidays run from January 1st - December 31st. A few days of this, usually no more than 5 days is attained to use for our Christmas shutdown. Bank Holidays are also included.
A possibility of voluntary overtime when required
Pension scheme:
All employees will be eligible and put enrolled into the company pension scheme with Royal London after 13 weeks of service. However, employees have the opportunity to request to enrol before the 13 weeks. The pensions scheme is calculated as: 5% individual contributions, 3% from the organisation. The company can change/increase their contributions.
Sickness scheme:
Employees need to have completed one year's continuous service to be eligible for the scheme. Entitlement is calculated over a rolling 365 days. If entitlement within the scheme is exhausted, SSP (Statutory Sick Pay) will be paid if applicable. 1st absence - 80%, second 70%, third 60%, fourth SSP only. Further info Is provided within our employee handbooks on induction days.
Life insurance:
All employees are eligible for the company's Life insurance scheme after one year of service. This is calculated as two times an employee's annual salary if they are not enrolled in the pension scheme and three times your annual salary if you are enrolled.
