Our client based in Basildon is looking for Field Service Engineers to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual who will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving faults, as well as conducting preventative maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites. The equipment you will work with ranges from small pallet trucks to IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks.
Skills and experience sought:
Ideally, applicants will hold an NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent, although this is not essential.
IT literacy and the ability to use the latest technology to maintain accurate records and place orders is required.
Additionally, candidates must have a full UK driving license.

Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly

Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening
