Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an outgoing, bright Internal Sales Administrator to join a really friendly company based in Norwich.
The Role
Provide and maintain customer service with a friendly, and helpful manner whilst building and continuing relationships with long term customers.
Dealing with Customers face to face over the Trade Counter.
Work closely with customers to identify their requirements and offer options. Process customer orders and deal with any enquiries and queries as required.
Duties
- Dealing with Customer requirements over the telephone and email
- Serving customers face to face over the Trade Counter.
- Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish and build client relationships
- Process sales orders
- Organised meeting for sales representatives
- To attend meetings, exhibitions and trade shows
Skills/Knowledge/Experience

Summary:
As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, your key focus is to ensure that our customers receive a fantastic overall experience whilst visiting depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving new business initiatives to targeted industry sectors
- Maintain and develop an effective relationship with all customers and carry out all necessary paperwork and ad hoc admin support for the operational depot
- Promoting our services in a conversational and pragmatic manner
- Effectively engage and educate customers on the offering
- Use of CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer contact
- Updating, qualifying & re-qualifying existing data within the CRM
- Identifying key leads, following-up and passing these on within the commercial team for follow-up
- Structuring contact schedules for customers to keep them warm to maximise opportunities
- Gaining qualitative feedback from customer base
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- Good listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Use of CRM system
- Manage customer accounts
- Ability to process details to a high standard
- Gives support to customers, and team members direct and indirect
- Investigates issues and takes learningopportunities
- B2B/B2C experience is preferred

They are looking for a Sales Consultant that has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, whilst also having a willingness to learn and a passion for sales. Previous sales experience would be beneficial, but don't worry if you haven't got it, because they will ensure you will receive support from your Store Manager and the best training in line with their Sales Consultant development programme.
The Client are in the business of solving customer's storage needs whether it's a family looking to move to a new house or a student on summer break, their customers make it interesting and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks.
Customers Service: You will be Supporting new and existing customers over the phone as well as face to face to meet their needs.
Sales: Following up on enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their needs, including selling merchandise and insurance to achieve your store targets.

In this location you can earn a basic salary of £19,800 per annum and on-target earning taking you up to £23,200
