Overview:          

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a SEO Account Manager. Working with in the company to work to client’s needs by implementing and delivering SEO strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities of the SEO Account Manager:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
• Schedule day out to focus a set time on working on a clients account.
• Overlook and monitor client domain authority building strategies, website optimisation, content marketing & CRO.
• Conduct keyword research.
• Working with client CMS’s including Wordpress, Shopify and more.
• Create SEO proposals.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Reporting on results, feeding back to clients and internal management.
• Keeping up to date with the latest SEO news and features.
• Assisting the sales team with proposals & audit.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites, preferably in an agency setting.
• Confident in creating and implementing SEO strategies, from start to ongoing management.
• Track record of delivering substantial improvements to traffic and rankings on websites.
• Detailed technical knowledge of key SEO tools such as Semrush/Ahrefs, SERanking &Screaming Frog
• Experienced in writing optimised, key word rich website copy.
• Detailed knowledge of CMS in aid of making SEO improvements, involving changing and adding metas, headings, content, or add code to a site.
• Practical experience of Google Analytics.
• On-page and off-page optimisation, including link building.
• Completed website and SEO audits for several different accounts.
• Created detailed SEO reports for sending to clients.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Overview:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Head of Paid Media to develop and lead the existing paid media department. Working with in the company to work to clients needs, creating and implementing paid advertisement strategies to deliver top results.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Head of Paid Media:

• Leading & managing a team of paid media account managers.
• Suggest and implement ideas to improve the companies paid media service.
• Creating & implementing strategies for Google, Bing and Facebook Ads accounts in order to achieve results.
• Monitoring & continually optimising PPC accounts to ensure KPIs are met
• Strong communication and reporting with clients.
• Engaging with internal solutions & processes, such as updating our CRM, with notes & accurately tracking client hours
• Keep up to date with PPC trends and industry changes.
• Assisting the sales team with proposals & audits.
• Compose high quality and rich keyword ad copy.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

• Extensive experience managing PPC accounts for multiple websites, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience managing other marketing professionals.
• Independently created and implemented PPC strategies for multiple websites, from start to ongoing management.
• Delivered substantial improvements to PPC account performance.
• Completed detailed keyword research in a time efficient manner for a vast number of websites.
• Created PPC proposals and contributed to PPC sales pitches
• Experience of setting up conversion tracking on multiple websites.
• Experience of resolving PPC account and ad disapprovals
• Experience setting up and managing product feeds

Experience with the following tools:

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics

GRAPHIC DESIGNER / EXETER - PERMANENT ROLE

Location: Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter

Assignment: Permanent contract

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

Reporting directly to the Creative Marketing Manager and the Marketing Director you will successfully deliver a variety of design projects to time and budget.

The successful candidate will be working within a large marketing team within a hands on role involving a range of duties and the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.

This role would suit someone who possesses excellent Adobe skills, a creative mindset and the ability to work as part of a team.

Duties as a Graphic Designer:

• Creation and maintenance of price lists in InDesign from Excel
• Designing new advertising concepts
• Designing any graphic content for the use on Social Media Channels
• Developing branding and identities for the launch of new products
• Point of sale and other promotional materials
• Work within and continue to develop company branding guidelines
• Take part in the general day to day operations of the busy Marketing department
• Working with the photography team on post-shoot editing of images in Photoshop for use in brochures, websites, PR, and social media
• Helping to maintain the correct organization, naming and digital filing of images and other files for use by other members of the team
