The Firm

Hawk 3 Talent have bene retained to secure Legal Assistants to join a UK Regional Firm in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The focus of this role will be to bolster their Conveyancing and Commercial Property departments and get upskilled by the firm to act as a Conveyancing Paralegal down the line.

Candidates with experience in Property Finance, Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Conveyancing with experience providing administrative support to Fee Earners are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Role

The Firm has expertise in Conveyancing, and they are now looking for a Conveyancing Administrator to join them.

The firm focuses on work in the Conveyancing department such as.

Supporting Fee Earners with the day to day running of files.

Preparation of contracts and supporting documents.

Title checking

Checking official copy documents.

Liaising with client and third-party dealing calls and updates;

Conducting legal research if necessary.

The purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day activities of the Fee Earners as well as general administrative duties put forward by senior members of staff.

Full training will be provided on the firm's case management system.

Job: Area Supervisor
