Salary: £15,007 - £18,451p/a (Depending on Experience) Attendance Bonus 

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (08:00am - 16:30pm) & Friday (08:00 - 13:00pm)

Main Responsibilities of the Trainee Logistics Assistant

Goods Inwards

      Taking receipt of consignments from deliveries

Checking consignments to delivery notes/booking goods into the SAP system/storage of goods, maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Filing all delivery/consignment notes in a confidential manner

Rolling inventories

Issuing goods to production orders and issuing to production

Updating data within excel for analysis

Despatch dept.

      Packing/labelling goods ready to go into stock lines or dispatch.

Booking finished materials into the SAP system

Despatching consignments/booking shipments through online carriers

Rolling inventories

Experience and Skills required

The ideal candidate should be educated to GCSE level C or above in maths and English, and be competent using a PC (experience with MS Office would be an advantage).

      To work with the Quality Manager and ensure that the policy outlined in the

To provide regular, periodic quality statistics and analysis for review and corrective action and report this monthly to the Quality Manager
