Stock Controller

Main Responsibilities of the Stock Controller       

  • Identify, understand, solve inventory discrepancy on our stock system and physical warehouse stock.
  • Investigate any replenishment errors listed.
  • Make sure the number of sources are available for the needs of new arrivals.
  • Run daily reports for goods in and act accordingly.
  • Running reports to make sure all products are ready to be picked.
  • Accurately make sure that the stock system is regularly updated and managed.

 

Experience and Skills required of the Stock Controller

  • Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in inventory stock role preferred.
  • Having the ability to work on initiative
  • Computer literate IE. MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Experience Required:

 A level, or equivalent (foundation degree or HND)

· CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations

· CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply

· CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply

· Project management qualification or relevant experience

· Analysing drawings, bills of materials, and other project documentation to estimate costs.
