Hours of work: 0900am -1700pm Monday to Friday (37 hours) Early Finish on Fridays
Summary:
Our client based in Trowbridge are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join their expanding team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team in which you can learn and develop. This is a full-time office-based role providing first class admin support to the business and partners.
The ideal candidate:
- Have a proven administration background.
- High attention to detail, with particular focus on numeracy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Work well as a team and independently.
- Be able to build connections with colleagues who work at different geographical sites.
- A positive "cando" attitude.
- Good IT skills including intermediate MS Excel and MS Word.
- A minimum of GCSE at grade c or above in English and Maths (or qualification equivalent)
Duties include:
- Producing a range of documents including letters, schedules and invoicing
- Scanning and electronic filing.
- Administering client records.
- Greeting contractors on site and adhering to health and safety obligations of visitors.
- Updating management data.
- Providing support to team members and for project work.
- General office administrative tasks from post to basic administrative tasks.
- Supporting sales, promotional and marketing activities.

- General administration duties
- Weekly invoicing of customers installation and maintenance reports
- Updating the Installation Register adding new stock and disposals
- Monthly rental invoicing
- Updating the Rental Register adding new stock
- Checking sub contractor invoices to ensure that the customer has been invoiced for any work carried out
- Maintaining a monthly sub contractor accrual spreadsheet
Knowledge and Experience required:
- Previous Administrative experience with high attention to detail is essential
- Previous invoicing experience would be a distinct advantage
- Must be methodical
- Able to prioritise their workload
- Able to stay focused under pressure
- Professional telephone manner
- The successful candidate will be IT literate, numerate and will want to be part of a team
This role is a permanent contract for 37.5 hour per week
8.00-16.00 Mon to Fri with 30min lunch - Flexibility is available for the right candidate
Salary: £20,788 negotiable depending on skills and experience

- The ideal Investment Consultant will have strong sales and administration skills
- Have the ability to negotiate
- You will need to be able to build rapport
- Experience within sales is essential, however, a positive attitude to picking up the phone and communicating with people is key
- As the Investment Consultant, you must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and analyse information / financial figures
- Competency with numbers and able to work out prices, yields and discounts.
- Knowledge within the property industry is preferred
