We have tripled in size over the last 2 years and cover 7 career sectors via a team of specialist recruiters and account managers, based in 3 locations, and plan to open a 4th location by the end of the year.

What will your role involve?
- Focused business development across existing, lapsed and new clients
- Candidate attraction and management
- Vacancy pipeline management
- Client relationship management
- Recording & reporting of information on in-house systems and as required for clients and the company
What will you receive in return?
- A highly competitive basic salary, based upon the skills and experience you bring to the role (c£22k - £30k)

Hours of work:

Project Administrator
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are now looking to recruit a Project Accounting Administrator for our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Cwmbran. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave however may lead to other opportunities in the future for the right candidate.

Supporting the AMR Project Manager, the Project Accounting Administrators' main duties will be:
- General administration duties
- Weekly invoicing of customers installation and maintenance reports
- Updating the Installation Register adding new stock and disposals
- Monthly rental invoicing
- Updating the Rental Register adding new stock
- Checking sub contractor invoices to ensure that the customer has been invoiced for any work carried out
- Maintaining a monthly sub contractor accrual spreadsheet
Knowledge and Experience required:
- Previous Administrative experience with high attention to detail is essential
- Previous invoicing experience would be a distinct advantage
- Must be methodical
- Able to prioritise their workload
- Able to stay focused under pressure
- Professional telephone manner
- The successful candidate will be IT literate, numerate and will want to be part of a team
This role is a permanent contract for 37.5 hour per week
8.00-16.00 Mon to Fri with 30min lunch - Flexibility is available for the right candidate
Salary: £20,788 negotiable depending on skills and experience

Main Responsibilities of the Progressor
- As the Progressor, you will be monitoring and prioritising tasks and daily workloads to achieve targets
- You will need to liaise with clients and solicitors to ensure each party is kept up to date at all times
- Arranging valuations
- The Progressor will be communicating between solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors, and home buyers
- Managing progress of transactions from the point of contracts issues to completion
- As the Progressor, you will be conducting enquiries from completed valuations
Experience and Skills required
- The Progressor will have excellent telephone manner with the ability to build a rapport.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer literate and a high standard of grammar and diction.
- As the Progressor you must be proactive and target driven.
- Must have an excellent understanding of the home marketing process.

Main Responsibilities of the Investment Consultant
- As the Investment Consultant you will be understanding investor objectives, and responding appropriately
- You will be selling property investments for buy-to-let purposes
- Providing email proposals with in-depth information on the investment opportunities
- The investment Consultant will have a core sales focus, matching up property investment opportunities to the right investor and get them committed to the purchase
- Proactively sell to investors
- You will need to qualify high end investors and register all calls
- As the Investment Consultant you will achieve agreed upon team sales targets and outcomes
Experience and Skills required
- The ideal Investment Consultant will have strong sales and administration skills
- Have the ability to negotiate
- You will need to be able to build rapport
- Experience within sales is essential, however, a positive attitude to picking up the phone and communicating with people is key
- As the Investment Consultant, you must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and analyse information / financial figures
- Competency with numbers and able to work out prices, yields and discounts.
- Knowledge within the property industry is preferred
