SALES & SUBCONTRACTOR COORDINATOR / BRIDGWATER - PERMANENT ROLE

Location: Bridgwater, TA6

Assignment: Permanent Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:300 - 17:00

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting for a Sales & Subcontractor Coordinator based in Bridgwater on a permanent contract.

This role is to provide company wide sales support to the Commercial and Service Engineering teams, whilst planning and scheduling work and managing subcontractors.

The successful candidate will manage the remedial recommendations generated by the service engineers including quotation preparation, distribution, follow-up, and reporting, as well as actively contacting customer to follow up on quotes and delivery revenue.

Duties as a Sales & Subcontractor Coordinator:

  • Create annual service quotations and future remedial spend costs for individual and National accounts
  • Develop and sustain good relationships with customers throughout active account management with a view to increasing sales revenue
  • Managing sub-contractors including PPM's, projects, bookings, reports and invoices
  • Manage and plan training courses
  • Process quotes and recommendations in accordance with the companies processes
  • Accurately prepare recommendations from data supplier by the service engineers and accurately cost quotations
  • Data handling, entry, and export through the company management information system
  • Following up on leads and actively contacting customers, existing and potential, to advise on and training and services
  • Manage work requests that require subcontractor services, obtaining quotes, raising PO's, managing reports, and invoicing following completion
  • Liaising with Customer Service and Service Engineers to progress reactive orders
  • Manage internal processes and customer forecasts as required
  • Accurately maintain specification documents
  • Prepare monthly management information on outstanding quotations and report on the business wins and loss

About you:

      GCSE Level C or above in Maths and English

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office systems - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Customer Service or Sales is desirable but not essential

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with outbound calling activity

Ability to understand technical data sheets

MACHINE OPERATIVE / BRIGWATER - PERMANENT ROLE

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Assignment: Permanent contract

Hours: 4 on 4 off (2 days followed by 2 nights then followed by 4 rest days) 12 hour shifts

Working as part of a small team operating machinery as directed by the Team Leader to produce excellent quality products to precise customer specifications, minimizing material waste and machine downtime.

Duties as a Machine Operative:

  • Participating in all aspects of the day to day running of high-volume performance machines
  • Preparing the baseline or finishing machines for production
  • Cleaning the work area and machinery between production runs
  • Monitoring production to eliminate or reduce waste and down time
  • Accurately recording production data for use throughout the business, using company inhouse computer systems
  • Accurately weighing, measuring, and labelling finished products and locating accurately to storage points
