The Firm

Hawk 3 Talent are working with a long-standing client and excellent regional practise to secure a Licensed Conveyancer for their Buckinghamshire location. They have a dedicated conveyancing team in North Buckinghamshire and are looking to further strengthen the team due to a successful 2021 and SDLT period. The ideal candidate will have 2 PQE but they are flexible DOE.

The firm's Conveyancing team sits between Aylesbury and High Wycombe and has been running successfully since 2018. Alongside the firm's pre-existing 150-year history of the local region/community they offer both Residential Conveyancing as well as Wills and Probate from the team.

The small team of four have exceptional experience and for a Solicitor / Conveyancer / Executive at the early point of their career, you can expect development and career progression here.

The Role

This regional firm are now looking for a Licensed Conveyancer 2 PQE to join their small and efficient team.

The team handles all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and offer services in.

• Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties.
• Remortgaging a property
• Transfer of equity
• Title checking
• Preparation of contracts

The ideal candidate will be someone familiar with the full spectrum of conveyancing including legal finance issues, contracts and dealing with client enquiries.

Candidates with experience with leasehold properties, corporate clients and buy to let portfolios are deemed highly favourable.
