The Role

This standout Regional Firm are looking for Residential Conveyancing Solicitors with at least 2 PQE to join their busy, fast paced department.

The firm has an award-winning Conveyancing team!

The role reports directly into the Head of Conveyancing and is mainly to increase the reputation and presence of the Conveyancing department. They have had an extremely good year for their Conveyancing department despite the SDLT extensions, pandemic and lockdowns.

This would be very suitable for a candidate coming out of a High Street firm looking for higher quality work or a lateral move for someone coming over due to the firm’s impressive reputation.

As Conveyancing Solicitor.

• You will deal with interesting and a varied range of Conveyancing departments
• Building rapport with clients and local estate agents
• Supporting excellent team communication 
• Dealing with a range of clients from Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and nationally.

The right person will have experience in various forms of Conveyancing client work and have an excellent set of communication and client management skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure is key for this position.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a long-time client and Top 200, Regional Law Firm in Devizes, Wiltshire to secure a Private Client Legal Executive or Solicitor on a permanent basis to join the thriving Private Client team.

The Role

The Firm are looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 PQE and experience in a relevant role working on Wills, Trusts, Probate or LPA's.

Work covered includes.

• A healthy caseload of Private Client work including Wills, POA & non-complex probate
• Building relationships with both employees and clients in other sectors

You will work within the Private Client department managing a mixed and varied caseload but primarily Wills, LPAs and Probate. The successful candidate will have the provision of excellent client service at the heart of what they do and develop business for the department through networking and marketing activities.
