Operations Manager - Facilities Management
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some flexibility required
Salary: competitive and dependent on experience
You will be site based, working with Clients located in around the Oxford area and responsible for running high profile and demanding Contracts both strategically and operationally for all services relating to FM.
Reviewing the contract financials to ensure budget accuracy for all services supplied
Actively update the CAFM system (Computer aided facilities Management) and routinely interrogate ensuring that contract compliance is being maintained through adherence to KPI'S, and ensuring that maximum utility of the system is being gained by the Contractual support team
Carry out the staff reviews and appraisals in line with HR processes and Identifying any training needs and personal development opportunities
Create and implement customer engagement strategies to ensure effective management of Client relationships
Creation of comprehensive Management Information and Executive reporting
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
Minimum of five years of relevant managerial experience in an equivalent role
Proven experience in starting-up and successfully running performance based multi- services contracts worth more than 2 million GBP per year with a team of more than 20 people (on a full-time basis)
