Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an outgoing, bright Internal Sales Administrator to join a really friendly company based in Norwich.

The Role

Provide and maintain customer service with a friendly, and helpful manner whilst building and continuing relationships with long term customers.

Dealing with Customers face to face over the Trade Counter.

Work closely with customers to identify their requirements and offer options. Process customer orders and deal with any enquiries and queries as required.

Duties

• Dealing with Customer requirements over the telephone and email
• Serving customers face to face over the Trade Counter.
• Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Establish and build client relationships
• Process sales orders
• Organised meeting for sales representatives
• To attend meetings, exhibitions and trade shows

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• Have really good communications skills
• Have a positive attitude
• Be proactive
• Have sales ability
