Fully remote roles are tricky to navigate, we saw hundreds of remote roles pop up in the pandemic from March 2020 but most of these returned to the office on a hybrid basis. This firm provides the infrastructure and equipment, guidance and support needed to become a successful member of the team from anywhere in the UK.
They have an established team of Remote Conveyancing Solicitors specialising in Development, Conveyancing and New Build, and their expertise in Conveyancing makes them a brilliant place for ambitious Conveyancing Solicitors to join.
The firm has fast become known as one of the most ethical firms in the UK and a favourite of Paralegals and Support Staff for their guidance and mentorship. With a 100% Trainee Retention rate, Solicitors can rest assured that they will have the support of dozens of Paralegals and Trainees as well as experienced Partners to guide them.
This is a role for a Professional Support Lawyer / Technical Support Lawyer who wants to step away from Fee Earning responsibilities and become involved in the learning and development side of Residential Property.
There will be a small caseload of handpicked files, but this will be low volume, high value and complex work. The caseload will not be a major part of the role and will be more to cover cases for Solicitors on holiday / sick / annual leave.
The main part of this position is to support the 100 new starters in the firm and to examine technical documentation.
