Role Responsibilities:-

Production

  • Provide administrative support to ensure that all systems are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Run mateff reports to manage material yields
  • Update the TMS anomalies in line with payroll demands
  • Produce and display all production KPI's
  • Holiday planning and administration of overtime
  • Compile data to assist the management team with any performance management
  • Support process improvement activities
  • Involvement in the site maintenance program
  • Support the planner and cover in their absence
  • Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • After the appropriate training conduct company quality/risk/other audits
  • Help coordinate the maintenance, and updates required for SOP WI documents
  • Health and safety
  • Taking reasonable care for the health and safety of self and others and working with due regard to the responsibilities detailed in the company's Health & Safety Policy Statement.

  • You will need to carry out all the responsibilities of the production line which include, extruder operator, sigma mixing and line inspecting
  • The Lead Process Operator must be able to recognise quality issues and forward these over to the correct department
  • You will need to complete product changes, screw pulls and start up and shut down tasks
  • Ensuring all EH&S procedures are consistently followed to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.

Experience and Skills required

  • The ideal Lead Process Operator will need knowledge in either of the following industries: Manufacturing, Chemicals, Electronics, Engineering or Flexographic Printing
