Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join a well-established company based in Malton, North Yorkshire.

The Role

You will assist in the management and support of business application projects within the company group, this will include ICT and business change projects.

You will be providing key support to the business, taking responsibility for the delivery of functional changes and business process improvements within the IT team.

You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of the IT and business aligned strategy, to drive down unit cost and enhance the profitability of the business.

Duties

  • Maintain accountability to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and in budget. 
  • Assist in the resolution of any service interruptions and implementation of appropriate functional solutions as needed to ensure on-going problems are resolved.
  • Support the implementation of the Group IT strategy by evaluating, recommending and implementing key activities to deliver the strategy.
  • Develop and maintain your expertise in the ICT technologies and business environment to ensure agility to meet the businesses demands.
  • Maintain an awareness of potential risks and assist in risk management
  • As a key ambassador for IT within the business, the role involves regular interaction with the customer base across the sites, and thus through active listening enables the development of the IT Service to further support the business.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge

  • Analytical and numeric skills
