Role Purpose

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience of B 2 B Sales, working to tight deadlines in a results driven environment  
  • Ideally having a working knowledge of Road Freight sales
  • Producing reports and manging sales campaigns
  • Experience of setting up and maintaining CRM of accounts leads and activity

Summary:

As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, your key focus is to ensure that our customers receive a fantastic overall experience whilst visiting depot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving new business initiatives to targeted industry sectors
  • Maintain and develop an effective relationship with all customers and carry out all necessary paperwork and ad hoc admin support for the operational depot
  • Promoting our services in a conversational and pragmatic manner
  • Effectively engage and educate customers on the offering
