Finance Director

This candidate is an ACCA Fellow with extensive experience across retail, manufacturing, services, and not-for-profit sectors. They have a proven record in delivering financial performance improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and managing strategic change projects.

Key strengths include:

• Strong systems and reporting expertise (Excel VBA, SQL, Sage, Xero, ERP systems)
• Management & statutory accounts, FP&A, cashflow, audits, and strategic planning
• Proven business transformation and operational leadership skills
• Experience managing HR, IT, Marketing, Purchasing, and operational teams alongside Finance

• Location: Seeking opportunities in Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, or Buckinghamshire
• Salary expectation: £90,000+
