  • Similar to our Contingency Solution and priced on our standard terms. Includes 20% of the full campaign cost provided as an upfront payment before commencement.

Executive Search

  • Best suited for senior positions supported on an exclusive basis.

  • Several additional benefits including full reporting and market data, headhunting (based on an agreed list of target companies) and in-depth psychometric assessment.

Specialist Contractor

  • Great for interim and contract appointments.

  • Solution can be defined under either:

    • Our contingency recruitment solution whereby pricing is based on our standard terms but as an hourly margin percentage or;

    • Similar to our build-to-fit solution, with pricing based on individual requirements. This is most suited to senior positions with a contract length of six months or more.
