This role offers broad, hands-on experience across finance and accounting, working closely with the Finance Manager. <li>Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end reporting, including management accounts, budgeting, KPIs, and financial statements.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers via journals.</li><li>Reconcile income and work-in-progress schedules, support invoice project work.</li><li>Collaborate with external and internal auditors.</li><li>Liaise with HR and outsourced payroll providers to ensure payroll accuracy.</li><li>Prepare bonus calculations, holiday accruals, and reconcile SAGE 200 with payroll monthly.</li><li>Provide administrative support and process transactions as required.</li><li>Assist in supervising and mentoring a finance apprentice.</li></ul>
