We know there are times that targeted headhunting is required in order secure the best candidate for the role. We’ll provide you with market data and conduct psychometric assessments for shortlisted candidates. Our introductory fee will be based on the candidate’s annual salary.</p><h5>Build-to-fit</h5><p>If you’ve got more than 10 vacancies at entry to mid-level, then we can actually build a bespoke solution for you based on your business needs and the skill set you require.
