Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client who are a dynamic and trusted accountancy firm in the heart of the Southwest looking for 2 Senior Managers to join their teams in Newton Abbot.

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a Partner, delivering a first class service to clients and managing varied portfolios

Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery

Ensure client files and portfolios are complete and ready for final sign off

Work closely with Partner to drive business success and client satisfaction

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Oversee tax, accountancy and VAT services with accuracy and compliance

Support business growth through high-quality account management

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Identify opportunities to improve client processes and add value

Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met

Setting and reviewing budgets for work

Assist with delegation of day to day workflow and distribute to team

Regularly reviewing client fees

Cover for the Partner as and when required

What you need

ACCA / ACA qualified with at least 5 years post qualified experience

Experience working within a practice would be advantegous

Experience of accounts preparation, business and corporate tax and ideally personal tax

Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills

Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks or Xero as well CCH

Able to show initiative

Able to manage workload in a timely manner whilst ensuring we exceed client expectations

Previous management experience

Experience within Healthcare /Medical environment for 1 of these positions would be an advantage
