Job Title: Sales Consultant 

Location: Kirkham

Salary: Up to £30K DOE

Hours : Full time : Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break) Saturday (on a rota basis, 1 in 3): Paid as overtime

Hawk3 Talent Solutions is excited to partner with a leading company in the energy industry to recruit a Renewable Sales Consultant. In this key role, you will promote and sell cutting-edge solar products to homeowners, supporting the UK's transition to net zero. You'll help customers improve energy efficiency in their homes through expert guidance and tailored renewable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

-              Follow up on qualified leads to drive sales conversions.

-              Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.

-              Advise on available Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems.

-              Offer recommendations on heating and insulation options to improve home energy efficiency.

-              Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

-              Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery from consultation to installation.

What We're Looking For:

-              Proven experience in sales (preferably in home improvement, renewables, or energy sectors).

-              Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse customer groups.

-              Passion for sustainability and helping homeowners reduce their carbon footprint.

-              Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.

-              Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

-              Motivated, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
