Location: Swindon

Salary: £28,004.32 per year

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Rotating Shifts

Shift pattern:

Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00

Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00

Friday: 12:00 - 20:00

 

 

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing company  for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their successful and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a warehouse environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes

Supervise, support, and develop a team of warehouse operatives

Manage stock control, goods in/out, and WMS usage

Maintain high health & safety standards throughout the warehouse

Support the operation of automated systems (AGV/ASRS)

Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and drive continuous improvements

 

 

Requirements:

Experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems

Familiarity with warehouse automation systems is a plus

Ability to make decisions under pressure and work independently

Understanding of health & safety protocols in a warehouse setting

MHE trained (preferred, but not essential - training can be provided)

Willing to work rotating shift patterns
